The registration can be transferred, at no cost, to another person of the same status provided the Symposium Secretary is  informed before May 10, 2019

Young Investigator fee applies to graduate or doctoral students aged 35 or under. Student fee applies to undergraduate students aged 25 or under. In order to complete the registration it is required to provide a proof – i.e., copy of a student card which shows the year(s) of enrolment or an official letter from an educational institution. Young investigator and student proofs need to be send by email to info@jisdm2019.survey.ntua.gr.

In case of a cancellation until 15^th April 2019 the paid registration fee is refunded less an administrative fee of 50 Euro. If cancelled between 16^th April and 30^th April 2019 only 50 % of the paid registration fee can be refunded. For cancellations after this date and no show at the conference no refund is possible.
